THIS INDENTURE, made the 31st day of October, 1957,
between ELEANOR R. THATCHER, residing at 232 Lydecker Street,
Englewood, New Jersey, party of the first part, and ROGER S.
FIRESTONE, residing at (no street or number) Pottstown, Penn-
sylvania, party of the second part:
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, In
consideration of One Hundred and no/100 Dollars ($100.00),
lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable
considerations paid by the party of the second part, does hereby
grant and release unto the party of the second part, his heirs
and assigns forever,
ALL those certain lots or parcels of land in the

side of a road forty feet wide, said monument being
sixteen hundred and sixty-eight and forty hundredths
feet West of a point which is two hundred and ninety-
one and fifty-one hundredths feet North of another

Triangulation Station "Chocomount 2" (which said
"Chocomount 2" monument is located on the summit of
the highest hill on Fishers Island, N. Y. about two
and one-quarter miles West of the Eastern end of
Fishers Island and lies South seventy-nine degrees
twenty-nine minutes and forty-six seconds East of
North Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound); and j
running thence Southwardly, along the Westerly side

whose radius at that point is South forty-eight de-

BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the Westerly
side of a road forty feet wide, said monument being

and one-quarter miles West of the Eastern end of
Fishers Island and lies South seventy-nine degrees
twenty-nine minutes and forty-six seconds East of
North Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound); and
running thence North fifty-two degrees fifty-three
minutes and forty seconds West two hundred and
seventy-one and forty-three hundredths feet to the
mean high water line of Fishers Island Sound; thence,
with the meanders of said Sound, along said mean high
water line, by the following approximate courses and
distances, to wit: North thirty-four degrees thirty-
three minutes and ten seconds East one hundred and
twenty-eight and seventy-hundredths feet, and North
thirty degrees six minutes and fifty seconds West
one hundred and fifteen and sixty-hundredths feet
to a stake; thence South sixty-four degrees thirteen
minutes and thirty seconds East four hundred and nine
and seventy-eight hundredths feet to a stake set on
the Westerly side of said road; and thence along the
Westerly aide of said road, South forty-one degrees
