THATCHER, residing at 232 Lydecker Street, Englewood, New Jersey, party of the first part, and ROGER S. FIRESTONE, residing at (no street or number) Pottstown, Penn- sylvania, party of the second part: WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, In consideration of One Hundred and no/100 Dollars ($100.00), lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable considerations paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, ALL those certain lots or parcels of land in the i Town of Southold, Suffolk County, State of New York, bounded and described as follows: PARCEL 1 BEGINNING at a atone monument set on the Westerly side of a road forty feet wide, said monument being sixteen hundred and sixty-eight and forty hundredths feet West of a point which is two hundred and ninety- one and fifty-one hundredths feet North of another ii monument marking the U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "Chocomount 2" (which said "Chocomount 2" monument is located on the summit of the highest hill on Fishers Island, N.
