belonging to Fishers Island Corporation (which portion is hereinafter called
the Perk") lying easterly of the following line, viz:
BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of land owned by the United States,
known as the Fort H. G. Wright Military Reservation, Mount Prospect Tract,
on the shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic Ocean and

RUNNING thence northerly following the east boundary of the said land
of the United States to the southerly line of East End Road (sometimes called
I�Oriental Avenue) and which point is the northeasterly corner of land of the
'United States;
THENCE crossing the East End Road and following the same course as the
last to the shore of West Harbor or Fishers Island Sound; said lots or parcel
of land being bounded and described as follows:

.., BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the southerly side of a road 40
feet wide, said monument being eleven hundred and fifty-seven and forty-seven
hundredths feet east of a point which is three hundred and twenty-four and
ninety-one hundredths feet north of another monument marking the U.S. Coast
and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "East End 2" (which said "East
End 2" monument is located on the summit of the highest hill east of Fnst
Harbor on Fishers Island, N. Y. and lies South fifty-four minutes west of
Latimer Reef Light in Fishers Island Sound); and
RUNNING thence south fifty-eight degrees twenty-six minutes and forty
seconds east one hundred and five and sixteen,-hundredths feet to a stake;
THENCE south eighty-two degrees forty-seven minutes and forty seconds
east two hundred and ninety-one and eighty-hundredthe feet to the shore of
Block Island Sound;
THENCE with the meanders of said Sound, south twenty-five degrees thirteen
minutes and ten seconds west eighty-two feet, south nine degrees twelve nurmtes
and forty seconds west thirty-seven and forty-eleht hundredths feet; south
nineteen degrees thirty-nine minutes and ten seconds west eighty nine and
twenty-hundredths feet, south thirty-two degrees twenty-two minutes and thirty
seconds west two hundred and twenty-nine and seventy-one hundredths feet rend
south forty-five degrees thirty-seven minutes and forty-fire seconds west twenty-
nine and sixty-two hundredths feet to a stake;

hundredths feet east of another monument marking the U. S. Comet and Geodetic
Survey Triangulation Station -Fast End 2e (which said "East End 2e monument
in located on the summit of the highest hill east of East Harbor on Fishers
( Island, N. Y. and lies south fifty-four minutes west of Latimer Reef Light in
Fishers Island Sound); and
RUNNING thence eaetwardly, along the southerly side of said road (and
following the arc of a curve to the Left whose radius is one hundred and eighty-
five and sixty-six hundredths feet and the direction of whose radius at that
point is north five degrees fifty-five minutes and fifty seconds east), thirty-
me and three-hundredths feet to a stone monument{
THENCE mouth four degrees thirty-three minutes and fifteen seconds west
