parts and Fishers Island Union Free School. District go. 4. Tow of
Southold, District No. 1. Suffolk County, New York, a union free
school district organised under the Education Lw of tba State of
Nw York, with Its principal office now, located in the Tow of
Southold. Fishers Island, County of Suffolk, State of New York, party
of the second part,
W I T N E S S E T H
That the party of the first pert, for and in consideration of
the observance and performance of the conditions, covenants,
reservations and restrictions hereinafter contained, and other good
and valuable consideration, receipt of which 1s hereby acknowledged,
has remised, released, and forever quitclaimed, and by these presents
does tandem, release, and forever quitclaim, without representation or
warranty, express or implied, subject to the covenants, conditions,
restrictlone, and reservations hereinafter contained, unto said party
of the second part, and to its successors and assigns, the following
described premises:
ALL that tract or parcel of land being situated in the Tow of
Southold, Fishers Island, County of Suffolk, State of New York, being
part of the site of the former Fort H. G. Wright of the United States
Army, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument on the Southerly line of
Equestrian Avenue at the dividing line between the herein conveyed
tract and land of the U.S. Navy Department, said monument being

located 614.43 feet North of • point which 1. 4127.52 feet West of
another monument marking the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey
Triangulation Station "PROS" and thence running South 660 42' West
231,0 feet to an Iron; thence South 220 47' Bast 200.00 feet to so
iron, these two lines abutting Southeasterly and Northeasterly on
said Navy Department land; thence South 670 13' West 199.15 feet to
an iron; thence North 220 47' Wast 161.55 feet to a concrete
monueant; thence South 670 13' West 154.35 feet to a concrete
monument; thence North 230 46' West 286.70 feet to a drill hole in
the back of a sidewalk; thence North 620 21' gest 354.5 feet to e
drill hole in the walk at the Southwesterly line of said Equestrian
Avenue; thence South 75o 02' 30" east 46.85 feet to a concrete
monument; thence South 190 33' 15" East 202.44 feet to a concrete
mommant; thence South 860 36' 30" east 127.50 feet to the point of
beginning, these last three lines abutting Northeasterly on $aid
Equestrian Avenue, Containing 3.82 acres, more or leas.
TOGETHER WITH the buildings and improvements on said ttact
of land as hereinafter provided, and all the appurtenances, including
those described and enumerated in Schedule A, attached hereto and
made a part hereof, and all the estate and rights of the party of the
first part in and to the said premises, provided however, that only
the following buildings and structures, as shown on a map dated
February 1956 and entitled "Plan Made for the Board of education,
Fishers Island Union Free School District No. 4, Town of Southold,
District No. 1 Showing a Portion of the Fort Wright Arse" by Chandler
and Palmer, Engineer., Norwich, Connecticut, shall be deemed to be
