BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of land owned by the United
States, known as the Fort H.G. Wright Military Reservation, Mount
Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic
'. Ocean (as said Tract was constituted prior to the extension thereof
by the acquisition of additional lands in condemnation proceedings
instituted in 1942) and running thence northerly following the East
boundary of the said tract of Land of the United States (as same was
I Constituted prior to such extension thereof) to the southerly line of
1 East End Road (sometimes called Oriental Avenue) and which point is
the northeasterly corner of said tract of land of the United States
(as same was constituted prior to such extension thereof), thence
f tothecrossing the East End Road and following the same course as the last
to the shore of West Harbor or Fishers Island Sound;
Said lot or parcel of Land being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the Easterly side of a road,
said monument being one thousand seven hundred seventy-four and eighty-
one hundredths feet East of a point which is nine hundred ten and
twenty-eight hundredths feet North of another monument marking the U.S.
Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "Chncomount 2" (which
said "Chocomount 2" monument is Located on thesummit nithe highest
hill on Fishers Island, N.Y. about two and one-quarter miles Fest of
the Eastern End of Fishers Island and lies South seventy-nine degrees
twenty-nine minutes and forty-six seconds East of North Dumpling Light
in Fishers Island Sound); and running thence North thirty-four degrees
West thirty feet to a stake marking a point of curve to the right whose
radius is thirty-two and fort v-four hundredths feet and the direction
of whose radius at that point is North fifty-six degrees East; thence
northwardly following the arc of said curve fifty-five and twenty-one
hundredths feet to a stake; thence North sixtv-three degrees and thirtv
minutes East seventy feet to a stake; thence North forty-one degrees
thirty-three minutes thirty seconds East one hun.ired and five and
eighty hundredths feet to a stake; thence South seventv-three degrees
forty-two minutes and fifty seconds East two hundred and seventv-nne
and ten hundredths feet to a stake; thence South fifteen degrees
three minutes and thirty seconds East one hun.:red and eighty-seven and
sixty-five hundredths feet to a stake; thence South fifty-nne degrees

TOGETHER with all easements, rights-of-way and rights, privileges'
and appurtenances whatsoever granted�to Andrew H. Brown and Bertha S.
Brown, by and under deed made by Fishers Island Corporation dated
September 20, 1928 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
September 29, 1928, in Liber 1383 of Deeds at page 103.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Cutler M.
Godfrey by Frederick B. Hose, Jr., as County Treasurer of Suffolk
County, by deed dated January 5, 1956 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's office January 5, 11.456 in liber 4050 of deeds at page
11, and conveyed to Cutler M. Godfrey by Mary Frost Mabon by deed
recorded December 21, 1956 in Liber 4233 of Uonveyances, Page 155, in
said Clerk's Office, and deed dated Leceiaber 19, 1956, to be recorded
simultaneously herewith.
