Hose, Jr., as County Treasurer of Suffolk County, by deed dated January 5, 1956 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office January 5, 11.456 in liber 4050 of deeds at page 11, and conveyed to Cutler M. Godfrey by Mary Frost Mabon by deed recorded December 21, 1956 in Liber 4233 of Uonveyances, Page 155, in said Clerk's Office, and deed dated Leceiaber 19, 1956, to be recorded simultaneously herewith.
