BEGINNING at an iron pipe which is located north 38 degrees 37 min-
utes east, 111.5 feet from a stone monument on the northeasterly
line of Montauk Avenue, said stone monument being 1943.02 feet North
of a point which in 846.27 feet Neat of another monument marking the
G. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "PROS";
RUNNING thence north 38 degrees 37 minutes east, 133.8 feet to a
stone monument;
THENCE south 59 degrees 53 minutes east, 85.3 feet to an iron pipe;
THENCE south 39 degrees 42 minutes west, 154.5 feet;
THENCE north 45 degrees 00 minutes west, 82.8 feet, abutting south-
westerly on the southwesterly portion of Plot B on a plan herein-
after referred to.
BEING the northeasterly portion of Plot B on a certain Map entitled,
"Plan of Property on Fishers Island, New York, formerly owned by
Mrs. Martha E. Hoffort, now belonging to the Southold Savings Bank,
surveyed and drawn by Daboll and Crandall, C. E., New London, Con-
necticut, July 191411, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk, New York, on the 2nd of July 1915, as Map number
242.
