27 minutes 30 seconds West 90.78 feet to a point and the northeast-
erly line of another private road; thence running along the said
northeasterly line of last mentioned private road the following two
courses and distances North 29 degrees 39 minutes 30 seconds West
49.61 feet and North 15 degrees 03 minutes West 122.20 feet to a
point and the southerly line of first mentioned private road; thence
running southeasterly along the southerly lineofsaid last mentioned
private road South 45 degrees 38 minutes 50 seconds East 125.95 feet
to the point or place of beginning.

point which is distant 2915.25 feet west of a monument marking the
U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "PROS"; thence
running North 45 degrees 38 minutes 50 seconds West along the
southerly line of a private road a distance of 125.95 feet to the
point of intersection with the easterly line of another private road;
thence running in ageneral northerly direction a distance of 24 feet,
more or less, to a point, which last mentioned point is distant South
80 degrees 30 minutes 40 seconds East 105.75 feet and South 15 degrees
43 minutes East 80.66 feet from a brass plug set in the easterly line
