THIS INDENTURE, made the 29th day Of November,
1951, between FREDERICK L. MOORE and RUTH CHANDLER MOORE,

his wife, both residing at Langdon Avenue (no street number)
Ardsley-on-Hodson, New York, parties of the first part, and
ALICE R. DODGE, residing at 320 East 72nd Street, New York,
N. Y., party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, that the parties of the first part,
in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED and 00/100 (4100.(0)
dollars, lawful money of the United States, and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, do hereb
grant and release unto the party of the second part, her
.. heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that tract, piece or parcel of land, with the
building and improvements thereon, situate, lying and being
at Fishers Island, in the Town of Southold, County of Suf-
folk and State of New York, more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument which is distant 3890.98
feet north of a point which is distant 2879.11 feet west of
a monument marking the U.S. Coast & Geodetic Surv% Tri-
angulation Station "PROS•; thence running south 80 301 -
409 east 22.04 feet to the westerly side of a private road; -
thence running south 190 58' 209 west along the westerly
side of said private road 156.37 feet to an angle formed by
the intersection of the above private road with another
private road; and thence running along the northgasterly
side of the last mentioned private road north 45 38' 509
west 141.31 feet to an angle; thence running north 150 431
west 80.66 feet; and thence running south 800 30t 409 east
156.73 feet to the monument at the point or place of beginnin .
TOGETE:R with an easement for sanitary sewer,
cesspool and drainage field over the premises to the south
and west and the right to enter upon said premises for the
purpose of maintaining, repairing and replacing such
sanitary sewer, cesspool and drainage field.
TOGETHER with a right of way in common with others
over the existing private roads situated in the premises
hereinafter described:
