ALL those two certain tracts, pieces and parcels of land situate on
Fishers Island, Town of Southold, and State of New York, more specifically
bounded and described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: Beginning at a stone monument at the sharp of West
Harbor and at the Northerly corner of other ).apd of this Grantee,
said point being two thousand seven hundred ninety-four and 65/100
(2794.65) feet North of a point which is one thousand one hundred
thirty-seven and 32/100 (1137.32) feet West of another monument
markingthe U.S. Coast and Ooode fig Survey Triangulation Station
"PROS" and thence running South 41 161 15" West, one hundred twenty
(120) foot, abutting Southeasterly on other land of this Grantee;
thence North 60 341 3011 East, one hundred thirteen and 97/100 (113.97)
feet; thence North 700 471 40" West seventy-five (75) feet, these
two lines abutting Northwesterly and Southwesterl$ on land of the
Uniod Free School District No. • thence North 71 491 20" East
about one hundred seventy-four 174) feet to the shore of Wast Har-
bar, abutting Northwesterly on remaining land ofthis Grantor; thence
Southerly along the shore line of said Harbor about one hundred (100)

point of beginning, containing 0.27 acres, more or less.,
Sublect however to a right of way or easement for the continuance,
- maintenance, and repair or replacement of an existing drainage
culvert on the above described parcel of land which extends Nort4-
easterly across the premises. Said richt of way being reserved to
the grantor, or its assigns.
Together with all richt title and interest, if any, of the grantors,
