HomeMy WebLinkAboutL 4510 P 282 uvfit0 PAa28?_ bjl.R.e.�•Y- THIS INDENTURE, made the 18th day of August, one thousand mine hundred and fifty-eight, between FISHERS ISLAND ESTATES, INC., a corporation organised under the laws of the State of New York, having its principal office at 14 East 52n Street, New York 22, New York, Party of the first part, and BRADFORD SURINAM, residing at 189 Aurora Street, Hudson, Ohio party of the second part, wITNESSNTE, that the party of the first part, in (� consideration of One hundred Dollars ($100.00) lawful money _d m of the United States of America and other good and valuable s u consideration paid by the party of the second part, does her m by grant and release unto the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, A certain tract of land located at Fishers Island, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the center of an iron pipe driven into the ground on the westerly line of a private right of way of Fishers Island Estates, Inc. leading northerly from the highway sometimes called the Peninsula Road leading to Peninsula Point so-called, said point of beginning being on the dividing line between the herein conveyed tract and Lot No. 30 as shown on the plan herein- after referred to; thence running northerly along the westerly line of said right of way a distance of 150 feet more or less (passing through another iron pipe on the westerly line of said right of way) to the shore of Neat Harbor; thence following the meanders of said shore line of Nest Harbor and Great Harbor in a general westerly, southwesterly and southerly direction 320 feet more or les to a point on said shore marking the northwesterly corner of Lot No. 30 as shown by said plan; thence easterly on a line measured at right angles to said westerly line of said right of way and running along the northerly boundary of said Lot No. 30 a distance of 152 feet more or leas to the point of beginning; containing 0.56 acres more or leas; Being Lot No. 29, as shown on "Plan of Peninsula at Fishers Island owned by Charles N. Hedge and Frances G. Thorp, $9 Chandler & Palmer, Engra., Norwich, Conn. 1913" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Buff lk on March 11, 1913, file No. 223;
