COOK and ANNIE COOK his wife, both residing at 154 Congdon Street, Providence, kQe Island, hereinafter collec- tively referred to as party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in con- sideration of One hundred ($100.00) Dollars, lawful money of the United States of America, and other good and valuable car— sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, their hei s and assigns forever, ALL those lots or parcels of land situate at Penin- sula Point on Fishers Island, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, designated as Lots Numbered 37 and 38 on a certain map entitled *Plan of Pen- insula at Fishers Island owned by Charles W. Hedge & Francl G. Thorp, by Chandler & Palmer, Engrs. Norwich, Conn. dated 1913" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on March 11, 1913, file No. 223, being particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pipe in theggrppund on the westerly side of a right-of-way twenty (20) feet in width, as shown on said Plan, said point being on the dividing lin between Lots Numbered 39 and 38, as shown on said Plan; thence running northerly along the westerly line of said right-of-way one hundred fifteen (115) feet; thence wester at right angles to said right-of-way along the southerly line of Lot Numbered 36, as shown on said Plan, ninety (90) feet more or less to the shore of Great Harbor; thence southerly and southwesterly following the meanders of said shore line ninety (90) feet more or less to the northerly line of Lot Numbered 39, as shown on said Plan; and thence southeasterly along the northerly line of Lot Numbered 39, as shown on said Plan, one hundred twenty-two (122) feet more or less to the point or place of beginning;
