VANDERBILT, residing at (no street y amber), Englewood, Florida, party of the first part, and WALKER G. BUCKNER and HELEN W. BUCKNER, his wife, residing at 90 Rockledge Road, Bronxvllle, Westchester County, New York, parties of the second part, W I T N E S S E T H That the party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00), lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration paid by the parties of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the parties of the second part as tenants by the entirety, their heirs and assigns forever: ALL those lots or parcels of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, State of New York, being a part of that portion of Fishers Island which portion is hereinafter called the "Park" lying Easterly of the following line, viz.: BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of land wned by the United States, known as the Fort H.
