BETWEEN THOMAS L. WELLS, who resides at (no street number)
Springfield Farm, Middleburg, Virginia,
party of the first part,and J. THEODOR CREMER, who resides at (no street
number) McLain Street, Mt, Kisco, Westchester County, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of One hundred Dollars
(=100.00),
lawful money of the United states, and other good and valuable eonsideratieFp;d
by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, his
heirs and assigns forever.
ALL that lot or parcel of land, situate in the To" of Southold,
Suffolk County, State of New York, being a part of that portion of
Fishers Island lying easterly of the following line:-
BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of land owned by
the United States, known as the Fort H. G. Wright Military
Reservation, Mount Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block
Island Sound or the Atlantic Ocean and running thence nor-
therly following the east boundary of the said land of the
United States to the southerly line of East End Read (some-
times called Oriental Avenue) and which point is the north-
easterly corner of land of the United States; thence Cross-
ing the East End Road and following the same course as the
last to the shore of west Harbor or Fishers Island Sound;
said lot or parcel of land being bounded and deocribFd
as follows:- -
BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the northerly side
of a road 40 feet wide, said monument being 3916 and 09/100
feet north of a point which is 735 and 29/100 feet east of
another monument marking the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey
Triangulation Station *Nin' (which said *Nine monument is
located near the Western end of aridge.overlooking the
south shore of Fishers Island and on the highest,point be-
tween Chocumdunt and Mount Prospeet'and lies south 45 de=
green, 17 minutes, 26 seconds east of North Dumpl;ng Light

point is north 42 degrees, 16 minutes and 30 seconds west;
thence westwardly along the northerly side of said read (and
following the are of said curve), 39 and 13/100 feet to a
stake set at the intersection of said road with the north-
easterly side of the road first above mentioned;, thence
along the northeasterlyaids of'said road, north 48 degrees,
21 minutes and 40 seconds "at, 80 and 18/100 feet to a
stake marking a point of curve to the left whose radius is
655 and 44/100 feet and the direction of whose radius at

Yells, the party of the first part, by Franklin M. Haines

of Deeds at page 168, etc.-
