�I Beginning at a more stone on the Northerly side of Vulcan Avenue,
one hundred ninety-nine and four-tenths (199.4) feet West from
Oriental Avenue. From this point the line extends along the
Westerly side of Vulcan Avenue, a distal cc of one hundred and
eight (108) feet, to a more stone, at its intersection with Hid
Lothian Avenue; from this point the line deflects to the left
95 -49r and extends along the Northerly side of Hid Lothian
Avenue, a distance of one hundred and seventy-four feet (174),
to a more stone; thence the line deflects to the riapt 146 - 381
and extends in in Easterly direction along an old .wall, a dis-
tonne of one hundred ninety-five (195.) feet to a point of
beginning. Said tract contains 34. 31/100 sq. rods more or less.
It is the intent and purpose of this deed to convey lot number
(1) located West of Section (10) on Highland Range map.
SUBJECT TO the following covenants and restrictions contained in deed
corded in Suffolk County Clerks Office in Liber 932 of Deeds on
1 age 250 on the 7th day of June, 1916:
FIRES - That the said parties of the second part shall build and
