CAMPBELL, residing at 12 St. Ronan Terrace in the City and County of New Haven in the State of Connec- ticut, party of the first part, and CHARLES S. CAMPBELL, her husband, also residing at 12 St. Ronan Terrace in said City and County of New Haven, party of the second pWg,, W I T N E S S E T H That the party of the first part in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) lawful money of the United States paid by the party of the second part and in consideration of love and affection, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, all those two certain tracts or parcels of land situated, lying and being on Fishers Island in the County of Suffolk ll r'C7. and State of New York, bounded and described as follows, viz: FIRST TRACT OF LAND: Beginning at the northwest corner of a lot of land sold by Mrs. Mary Ann Green on the south side of Crescent Avenue, thence South 16 degrees West 415 feet to the north side of Avenue H, thence westerly with the North line of said Avenue B 90 feet, thence North 16 degrees Fust parallel with the east line of this tract 455 feet to Crescent Avenue, thence with the South side of said Avenue South 51 degrees East , 100 feet to the place of beginning, being the same premi- ses conveyed to the party of the first part and the party of the second part by Anna M. Nolan and Elinor Nolan uy deed dated November 12, lj26 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 120b of Deeds at page 5(( on December 3, 1526. SECOND TRACT OF LAND: Being at the northwest corner of lot formerly owned by Edgar A. Smith on the south side of Crescent Avenue, thence South 16 degrees West 373, feet to the north side of Avenue B, thence with the north side of Avenue B North Iii degrees West 92} feet, thence North 16 degrees East (running paralle th the .QA* east line of this tract) 415 feet to Cre:cent Ola, thence with the south side of said Avenue Sout 0} degrees East luu feet to the place of beginni4, being the same premises conveyed to the party of the first pvt and to the party of the second part by Mildred C. Greene and C. Doane Greene by indenture dated July 9, 1951 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 340j of Deeds at page 422 on September lj, 1jS2.
