"PROS"; thence running North 670 181 West 131.32 feet,
abutting Northeasterly on said Avenue; thence South 130 02t
West 125.00 feet to the shore of West Harbor; thence along the
shore line of West Harbor North 870 431 10" East 143.97 feet;
thence North 200 57- East 70.00 feet to the Southerly line of
said Avenue; thence West 19.65 feet along said line of said
Avenue to the ooint of beginning, containing 0.31 acres. more
