THIS INDENTURE, made this 25th day of1950.
between UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, acting by and through the AIgQMBTRATOR
OF GENERAL SERVICES, under and pursuant to the powers and authority coo-
tamed in the Federal Property and Adm Wstrative Services Act of 1949
(63 Stat. 377) and the Surplus Property Act of 1944 (56 But. 765) as
amended thereby, and Regulations and Orders promulgated thereunder, party
of the first part, and RIN B. CLARK, of 81 Lexington Street, Haw Britain,
Connecticut, party of the second part,

Met the party of the first part, for and in considered.of
the son of ONE HUNDRED DOU" (4100.00) and other good and valuable ew-
sideration, lawful money of the United States, paid by the party of the
second part, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remiss,

A certain parcel of land with building and Stub
thereon, situate in the Tom of Southold, County of Suffolks
Stats of New York, containing 1.36 acres, more or less, and
being mors particularly bounded and described as follows
Beginning at the extreme Westerly corner of the promises
herein described, and the exctrew,Northerly corusr of land
formerly of Charles Littlefield, at a stow, bound having co-
ordinates South 660.6 fest and Wast 1721 feet, referred to
reference mark No. 2 of Wilderness Point O.P. an the aero of
coordinates, the said reference mark No. 2 being a copper
disc stamped AAOP 2(1940); thence along land new or formerly
of the Fishers Island Estates Inc., on a ours* having a
radius of 238.8 fast and deflecting to the right for a dir
tante of 64.2 fast; thews North 72 degrees, 13 minutes East,
212.6 feet, to a point at the eatrens Westerly "mar of land,
belonging formerly to C. W. Vanderpool; thews by land formerly
of said Vanderpool Sotth 34 degrees. 40 minutes Let, 218 fest,
Mom or less, to the mean high water line of Long Island Sound;
theme Southwesterly along said seen high water line 245 fasts
more or ]was, to the land formerly of Charles Littlefield;
thence by land formerly of said Littlefield, North 40 degrees,

beginning.
