ALL that certain plot,pima or panel of land,with the buildings and improvement thereon erected,situate,

York, being a part of that portion of Fishers Island formerly
belonging to Fishers Island Corporation (which portion now is
or formerly was called the "Perk), lying easterly of the following
line:
BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of land owned
by the United Stetea, known as the Fort H. G . Wright Military
Reservation, Mount Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block Island
Sound or the Atlantic Ocean and running thence northerly follow-
ing the East boundary of the said land of the United States
to the southerly line of East End Road (sometimes called
Oriental Avenue) and which point is the northeasterly corner
of land of the United States, thence crossing the East End
R ad and following the sameg couis as the last to the shore
o� Pie at Rarbor or Fishers Ialand Sound)
Said lot or parcel of land being bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the Southeasterly
side of a road forty feet wide, said monument being seventy-
five hundred and five end forty-six hundredths feet West of a
point which is thirteen hundred and fifty-one and five hundred-
ths feet South of another monument marking the U. S. Coast and
Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "Chocomont E" (which
said "Chocomount H" monument is located on the summit of the
highest hill on rishers Island, R.Y. about two and one-quarter
miles West of the Eastern and of Fishers Island and lies South
seventy-nine degrees twenty-nine minutes and forty-six seconds
East of North Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound); and
running thence South fifteen degrees twenty-two minutes and ten
seconds East one hundred and ninety-four and sixty-five hund-
redths feet to a stake; thence South sixty-two degrees twenty-
eight minutes and forty seconds West two hundred and sixty-one
and seventy-eight hundredths feet to a stake set on the North-
easterly side of another road forty feet wide; thence, *long

thence Northwardly, along the Easterly side of said road tend

dredths feet to a stake net at the Intersection of the North-
easterly side of said road with the Southeasterly side of the
road first above mentioned; and thence, along the Southeast-
erly side of said road, North seventy-three degrees twenty-
seven minutes and ten seconds East two hundred and thirty-two
and thirty-eight hundredths feet to the place of beginning;
containing one and thirty-three hundredths acres, more or less;
TOGETHER with all easements, rights of way and rights,
privileges and appurtenances whatsoever granted to Marian Swords
and Jane H. Swords by and under deed made by fishers Island
Corporation dated October E1 1930 and recorded in the office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on December 3, 1930 in Liber 1543
of Deeds, page E5, and thereafter granted to Franklin M. Haines,
the party of the first part, by and under deed made by Marten
Swords dated November 15, 1955 and recorded in the office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on Dec. 15, 1955 in Liber 4040 of
Deeds, page 113;
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed b1955
Marian Swords to Franklin M. Haines by deed dated
hereinbefore mentioned.
