WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of love and affection and
other good and valuable consideration to her in hand

on Fishers Island, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, and described as follows: BEGINNING at a mere stone
marking the boundary line between the property of Marie P.
Gaillard and Louise W. Bowers, which is at the southerly corner
of said tract and on the westerly aide of Belle Hill Avenue and
sixteen and seventy-six hundredths (16.76) feet northeasterly
from another mere stone, making an angle in said highway. From
thispoint the line extends along the westerly aide of Belle
Hill Avenue N. 480 30' E. one hundred and forty-one (141.) feet
more or less to an angle in said highway; thence the line de-
flects to the left 19 30' and extends two un red and thirty-
eight (238) feet more or less along the westerly side of Belle
Hill Avenue; thence the line extends N. 900 15' W, and extends
two hundred and eighty-five (285•) feet; thence the line extends
N. 260 45' W. a distance of two hundred an s xty seven (267.)
feet more or less until it meets the north line of the property
of Amelia B. Willard- thence the line extends S. 14-3/40 W. four
hundred and ninetL (49�ilet to a mere atone along the easterly
line of Willard; -thence the line extends N. 900 W. a distance
of four hundred and thirty (430.) feet to the bluff or stone
embankment which separates the upland from the morass further
west; thence southwesterly by and along said stone embankment
to tidewater one hundred feet more or less". The southerly
line is marked by a drill Mark T. in a rock at the bend of an
old wall and at high water line from which point the line
extends M. 280 121 E. forty seven (47.) feet to a mare stones
thence S. 87-1/20 E. four hundred and fifty three and five
tenths (453.5) feet to a were stone which is twenty five (25.)
feet from and parallel to the last two described lines being
bounded southerly by property of Marie P. Galllardl thence the
line deflects to the left 18 551 and extends a distance OR
ninety one and four-tenths (91.4) feet to the point of beginning.
Being the sue premises conveyed by Louise W. Bowers to Bemry
Bowers by deed dated AQQril 29, 1922, recorded in Suffolk COMB X
Clerk's Office On May 6 1922 in Ldber 1041 of Deeds, page

rights and other appurtenances or benefits belonging to the said
