ALL that lot or parcel of land in the Town of Southhold Suffolk
County, State of New York, being a pert of that portion of Fishers
Island now or formerly belono ing to Fishers Island Estates Inc., (which
portion is hereinafter called the "Park-) lying easterly of the fol-
lowing line, viz.:
BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of lend owned by the United
States, known as the Fort H. G. Wright Military Reservation, Noturt
Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic
Ocean (as said Tract was constituted prior to the extension thereof
by the acquisition of additional lands in condemnation proceedings
instltuted in 1942) and running thence northerly following the East
boundary of the sold tract of lend of the United States (as Same was
constituted prior to such extension thereof) to the southerly line of
East End Road (sometimes called Oriental Avenue) and which point Is
the northeasterly corner of said tract of lend of the United States
(as same was constituted prior to such extension thereof), thence
crossing the test End Road and following the Same course ss the lest
to the shore of Nest Harbor or b'ishers Island Sound;
Said lot or parcel of land being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point (hereinafter celled the "beginning pointe)
In the southeasterly line of the road leading from the Fishers Island
Club House to the easterly end of Fishers Island, Said beginning point
being also the westerly corner of lend now or formerly of Dr. Frank
Evans and being 1104.03 feet south of o point which is 2131.87 feet
west of a monument merking the U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Tri-
engulstion Station "East End 2a, which -Fast End 2- monument is lo-
cated on the summit of the highest hill east of Beat Harbor, Fishers
Island; and from said beginning point running south 62 degrees 38 min-
utes 30 seconds west along the southeasterly line of sold road 100 feet
to a point; thence running south 27 degrees 21 minutes 30 seconds east
108.50 feet to a point; thence running along remaining land of the
grantor, in a 11ne parallel to the southeasterly line of sold road
north 62 degrees 38 minutes 30 seconds east 131.26 feet to a point,in
the line of lends of Dr. Frank Evans; thence running along said line^
