ALL that lot or parcel of land, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk
County, State of New York, beinga part of that portion of Fishers Island
formerly belonging to Fishers Island Corporation (which portion now is
or formerly was called the "Parka) lying Easterly of the following line,
vitt
BEGINNING at the southeasterly comer of land owned by the United
States, known es the Fort H. 0. Wright Military Reservation, Mount
Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic Oceem
and running thence northerly following the Rest boundary of the said
land of the United States to the southerly line of Hest Hod Road (some-
times called Orlental Avenue) and which point is the mrtheastorly
comer Of land of the United States, thence crossing the East End Road
and following the same course as the last to the shore of Nest Harbor
or Fishers Island Sound;
Said lot or parcel of land being bounded and described as follows$
BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the Northeasterly side of a
road 40 feet wide, said monument being 5186.3' feet north of a point
which Is 2157.03 feet east of another monument marking the U.S. Coast
end Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "Nina (which said "Hina
monument Is located near the western end of a ridge overlooking the
South shore of Fishers Island and on the highest point between Choso-
mount and Mount Prospect and lies South 45 degrees 17 minutes 23 seconds
Fast of North Divapling Light in Fishers Island Sound)j and $inning
thence North 66 degrees 40 minutes 10 seconds East 315.49 feet to the
shore of Fishers Island Sound; thence with the meanders of said Sound,
South 13 degrees 37 minutes 50 seconds East 168 feet end South 55 degrees
25 minutes 30 seconds East 110.67 feet to a stake; thence Hoath 7E degraal
4 minutes 30 seconds West 319.50 feat to a stake set on the Northeasterly
side of said road; thence northwestwmrdly, along the Northeasterly side
of said road (end following the arc of a curve to the left whose radius
is 3,117.29 feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is
South 59 degrees 16 minutes 10 seconds Nest) 233.04 feet to the p1ee of
beginning.
