parties of the second part:
WITNESSETH, that the parties of the first part, in

consideration of One Hundred ({100.00) Dollars, lawful money of
the United States, and other good and valuable consideration,
paid by the parties of the second part, do hereby grant and re-
less* onto the parties of the second part, their heirs and assign6
forever,
ALL that lot or parcel of land, with the buildings andi
improvements thereon, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
State of New York, being a part of that portion of Fishers Island
(which portion Is hereinafter called the 'Park") lying Easterly

BEGIgNING at the southeasterly corner of land owned by
the United States, known as the Fort H. G. Wright Military
<.IA Reservation, Yount Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block Island
Sound or the Atlantic Ocean and running thence northerly follow-
ing the East boundary of the said lam of the United States to
the 0 therly line of East End Road (sometimes called Oriental
Aveane) and which point Is the northeasterly corner of land of
the United States, thence crossing the East End Road and follow-
Ing the mar course as the last to the shore of West Harbor or
Fishers Islam Sound;
Bald lot or parcel of land being bounded and described
as follows.
BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the Northwesterly
side of a road forty feet wide, said monument being twenty-three
hundred and esvanty-seven and ninety-hundredtha feet East of a
yoint which is six hundred and ninety-seem and fifty-three
hundredths feet North of mother monument marking the U. S. Coast
and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station aChocomount 2s (which
said sChocomount 29 monument is located on the summit of the
highest hill an Fishers Islam, M. Y. about two and one-quarter
miles West of the Eastern and of Fishers Island and lies South
seventy-nine degrees twenty-nine minutes and forty-six seconds
East of North Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound); and
running thee* North twenty-four degrees and forty-five minutes
West two hundred and twelve and seventy-six hundredths feet to a
stake; thence Worth fifty-four degrees eleven minutes and thirty

ft to a stake; thence North fifty-one
degmrees forty minutes and thirty seconds East one hundred and
fifty-seven and fifty-five hundredths feet to a -tone monument
set on the Snuthwesterly side of another road forty feet blue;
thence Southeastwardly along the Southwesterly side of said road 11
(and following the are of a curve to the left whose radius is
three hundred and eighty and thirteen-hunuredtns feet and the
direction of whose radius at that point is North fifty degrees
forty-Sive minutes and thirty-six seconds East), tnirty-Sour
and one-hundredths feet to a stake; thence, still along the Soutfj-
westerly side of said road, South forty-five degrees and twenty- '
two minutes East seventeen and sixty-two hundredths feet to a
stake marking a point of curve to the right whose radius is one
hundred and ninety-four and thirty-seven hundredths feet and thel
direction of whose radius at that point is South forty-four de-
grees and thirty-eight minutes best; thence Southwardly, along
the Westerly side of said road (and following the arc of said
curve) one hundred and sixty-nine anu sixty-elght hundredths fee
to a stake marking a point of curve to the right whose radius is
seventh-three and Party-hundredths feet and the direction of who s�e
radius at that point 1s North eighty-five degreesand twenty-one
minutes west; thence Southwestwaraly, still along the Westerly
side of said road (and following the arc of said curve), eighty-
seven and ninety-four hundredths feet to a stake set at the inter
section of said road with the Northwesterly side of the road
first above mentioned; thence Southwestwardly, along the North-
westerly side of said road (and following the are of a curve to
the left whose radius is three hundred and twentyfour and
thirty-seven hundredths feet and the direction of whose radius
at that point is South sixteen degrees forty-two minutes "
twenty seconds East) one hundred and nineteen and sixty-five
hundredths feet to a stake; and thence, still along the Nortn-
westerly side of said road, South fifty-two degrees nine minutes
and forty seconds west sixty feet to the place of beginning;
containing one and thirty-floe hundredths acres, -ore or less.
The Easterly eighty-six hundredths of an acre of the
above property being the some property which by deed dated the
third day of June, 1930, and recorded, or intended to be record-
ed among the land records in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County, on or about June 24, 1930, was granted and conveyed by
Francis E. Pegram and Austin McLanahan, Executors under the will
of.Josefa N.C. Hopkins, deceased, to Fishers Island Corporat,on;
and the westerly forty-nine hundredths of an acre of the above
described property being part of the first lot described In a
release from the New Rork Trust Company to Fishers Island Corpor-
ation, dated the second day of December, 1929 and recorded, or
intended to be recorded among the land records in the office of
the Clerk of Suffolk County, on December 3, 1929, in liber 1472,
page 19, ate.
Being and intended to be all of the same premises con-
veyed to Louis de B. Moore, one of the parties of the first part,
by Fishers Island Corporation by deed dated July 3, 1930, record-
ed In the Suffolk County Clerk's office on July 30, 1930 in
Liber 1516 of deeds, at page 578.
The sasteriy 0.86 of an &ore of said premises being the 1
same property conveyed to Fishers Island Corporation by Francis
E. Pegram and Austin YcLanahan, as Executors of the last will and
testament <d Josefa N.C. Hopkins, also known as Josefa Y.N.C.
Hopkins, deceased, by deed dated June 3, 1930, recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's office on June 24, 1930 in Liber 1509 of
deeds, at page 64• Said easterly 0.86 of an acre being the same
premises which the said Josefa N. C. Hopkins, during her life, by
