THIS INDENTURE, made the // q day of ;J.uune, Nineteen
hundred and forty-eight, between FISHERS ISLAND ESTATES, INC
i. a New York corporation, having its principal office at 11
iEast 47th Street, in the City, County and State of New York,
f hereinafter called the grantor, party of the first part, and
T. JERROLD BRYCE and HELEN GLENN BRYCE, his wife, residing
at 320 Park Avenue, in the City, County and State of New York
hereinafter called the grantees, parties of the second part:
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, In
consideration of One hundred Dollars ($100.) lawful money of
the United States, and other good and valuable consideration
paid by the parties of the second part, does hereby grant
and release unto the parties of the second part, their heirs
and assigns forever,
ALL that lot or parcel of land 1n the Tom of
II, Southold, Suffolk County State of New York, being a
Pppps' part of that portion of fishers Island belonging to
the grantor (which portion is hereinafter called the
^Park") lying easterly of the following line, viz.:
BEGINNING at the southeasterly comer of land
owned by the United States, known as the Fort H. 0.
Wright Military Reservation, Mount Prospect Tract,
on the shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic
Ocean (as said Tract was constituted prior to the
extension thereof by the acqulsi'!�n of additional
lands in condemnation proceedini: -ttuted in 1942)
and running thence northerly [o a the East
boundary of the said tract of 1, the United
States (as same was constituted ,:rior to such exten-
sion thereof) to the southerly line of East End Road
(sometimes called Oriental Avenue) and which point
is the northeasterly comer of said tract of land
of the United States (as same was constituted prior
to such extension thereof), thence crossing the East
End Road and following the same course as the last
to the shore of West Harbor or Fishers Island Sound;
Said lot or parcel of land being bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point (hereinafter called the
^beginning point") In the southeasterly line of the
road leading from the Fishers Island Club House to
the easterly end of Fishers Island, said beginning
point being also the westerly corneraf land now or
formerly of Dr. Frank Evans and being 1104.03 feet
south of a point which 1s 2131.87 feet west of a
monument marking the U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey
Triangulation Station "East End 2" which 'East End
21 monument is located on the summlt of the highest
hill east of East Harbor, Fishers Island; and from
said beginning point running south 62 degrees 38 min-
utes 30 seconds west along the southeasterly line of
said road 100 feet to a point; thence running south
