as Nap #223, and bounded and described as follows:
Westerly by a road 75 feet, Northerly by land now or formerly
of Fisher's Island Estates Corporation, about 100 feet, Easterly
by Derbies Cove about 75 feet and Southerly by land now or formerly
of Fisher's Island Estates Corporation about 100 feet.
Being and intended to be the same premises as conveyed to the
party of the first part by Farinie 0. Perkins, by deed bearing
date the 4th day of September, 1947, and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clark's Office vn the 11th day of September, 1947, in Liber
2750 of Deeds, Page 169.
Together with all the right, title and interest of the party
