Allen, residing in the T<wrn of Hartford, County of Hartford and State of Connecticut, party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in con- sideration of One Dollar (31.00) lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration paid by the party of the, second part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, all that certain tract, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon, located on Fishers Island in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, and more specifically described as follows: First Tract: Beginning at a mere stone on the northerl side of Equestrian Avenue at the southeast corner of the property now or formerly owned by Alma Gluck Zimbalist, from this point the line runs N. 160 30' w. a distance of three hundred and thirty-ni end seventy-five hundredths (339.75) feet along the westerly line of the Zimbalist property to a large boulder vith a T mark on cents on the shore of Hay Harbor) thence along the shore of Hay Harbor a high tide in an easterly direction to a mere stone on the shore at high tide which point is one hundred and sixty-five and two- tenths (15.2) feet distant from the first described line measured at a right angle therefrom; thence the line runs S. 160 30' E. and parallel to the first described line a distance of one hundred and eighty-six and four-tenths (186.4) feet more or less to a mere stone on the northerly side of Equestrian Avenue; thence along the northerly aide of Equestrian Avenue in a westerly direction a distance of one hundred and seventy-four and eight-tenths (174.8) feet to a point of beginning. Said tract contains one hundred and thirty-two (132) square rods more or less. Second Tract: Beginning at a mere stone at the south- east corner of the wharf which is twenty-nine (29) feet and per- pendicular to the east line of the first described part, the foot of said perpendicular being one hundred and fifty-nine and seven- tenths (159.7) feet north from Equestrian Avenue. From said mere stone the line runs N. 130 0' W. Thirty-two (32) feet more or less to high tide. The westerly line of said tract is four (4) - feet from and parallel to same. It being the intention to convey in this tract the land on which the end of the wharf now stands. The party of the first part hereby assigns to the party of the second part all of her interest in a perpetual right-of-way from the first described part to the land end of said wharf.
