Station "Nin" ( which said "Nin" monument is located near

teen minutes and twenty-six seconds east of North Dumpling
Light in Fishers Island Sound) ; and running thence north

minutes East thirty feet to a stake marking a point of curve
to the left whose radius is seventy feet and the direction

fifteen minutes East; thence Southeastwardly ( following the
arc of said curve) thirty-eight and ninety-six hundredths
feet to a stake; thence South seventy-five degrees thirty-

hereinafter called the "Park" ) lying to the east of Penin-
sula Road , said lot or parcel of land_ being bounded and

road at an Easterly corner of land of the grantee, Reynolds

which is 1708 . 48 feet West of another monument marking
