of Phyllis Lane, R.D . , Newton, Connecticut - 06470, herein-
after called party of the first part; and PAUL D. VARTANIAN,
of R.D . #1, Box 88-A, Far Hills, New Jersey - 07931, herein-
after called the grantee, party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, that the party of the firgt part, in
consideration of Thirty-five Thousand Dollars (*35,000.00) 1
lawful money of the United States paid by the party of the
second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of
the second part, his heirs and assigns forever.
