of a road at the Easterly end of said road, said point
being located 947 . 73 feet North of a point which is 523 . 43
feet East of a monument marking the United States Coast
and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "NIN" and thence
running South 5° 08 ' 10" East 168 . 98 'feet to an iron pipe;
thence South 53° 47 ' 40" West 550. 40 feet to an iron pipe;
