Engineers, Norwich, Conn. , 1913" , and filed in the office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on May 11, 1913, File No. 223.
TOGETHER WITH an easement for ingress to and egress from the premises
above described over and along the 20 foot right of wady bounding
said lots along the Easterly boundary thereof, shown on said map
leading from said premises to the private roadway of the party of the
first part, sometimes known as the Peninsula Road, and over and along
said Peninsula Road or such other roadway as now or hereafter may
exist connecting the said Peninsula with the public highway.
TOGETHER WITH all right, title and interest, if any , of the grantor
in and to the shores of the Inner Bav of Great Harbor adjoining said
premises, and in and to the land under the waters of said Bay ad-
