Sec. 00300 South 460 11' 45' East 245.12 feet to an iron pipe; thence
Block 0600 South 320 30' 00" West 250.00 feet to a point; thence North
54° 10' 55" West 317.60 feet to an iron pipe on the South-
Lot X. 003000A easterly line of saidthence along said
roadline North 470 50' 14" t 290.00 t to the point
