THIS INDENTURE, made the -1 t day of _j U t l\' nineteen
hundred and eighty-two between FISHERS ISLAND DEVELOPMENP CORPORATION, a
corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York, with its
principal place of business c% Morgan Stanley & Co., 1251 Avenue of the
Americas, in the City, County and State of New York, hereinafter called
the grantor, party of the first part, and ROIAND C. SHERRER, JR. AND
THELMA C. SHERRER, his wife, as tenants by the entirety, both of 115 Broadway,
New York, New York 10006, hereinafter called the grantee, party of the second part:
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration
of Thirteen Thousand Nine Hundred Twelve Dollars ($13,912) , lawful money
of the United States paid by the party of the second part, does hereby
grant and release unto the said Roland C. Sherrer, Jr. and Thelma C.
Sherrer, his wife, their heirs and assigns forever, as tenants by the
entirety,
ALL that lot or parcel of land, with the buildings and improve-
ments thereon, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, State of New York,
being a part of that portion of Fishers Island belonging to grantor
(which portion is hereinafter called the "Park") lying to the east of
Peninsula Road, said lot or parcel of land being bounded and described

Beginning at an iron pipe on the Northerly line of a road,

is 1537.96 feet Fast of a monument marking the United States
Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "NIN" and

feet and the 'direction of whose radius at that point is South
16° 08' 13" West a distance of 283.31 feet; thence North
37° 18' 10" West 194.79 feet to an iron pipe; thence North
52° 41' 50" East 140.00 feet; thence North 76° 40' 53"
East 264.85 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 50 21' 05"
Fast 290.03 feet to the iron pipe at the point of beginning.
