of North Dumpling Light in Fisher's Island Sound) ; and running thence

to a stake set at the Westerly side of a road 40 feet wide; thence
Southeastwardly along the Westerly side of said road (following the

point between Chocomount and Mount Prospect and lies South 45" 17' 26"
East of North Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound) ; and thence
running Westwardly along the Northerly side of said road (following
the arc of a curve to the left whose radius is 532 feet and the

side of said road (following the arc of another curve to the left whose

TOGETHER with an easment for ingress to and egress from the
premises above described over and along such private roads as
now or may hereafter exist connecting the said premises with the
public highway.
BEING the same premises conveyed to the Seller by Cutler M.
Godfrey by deed dated April 10, 1959 and recorded April 14, 1959 in
the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 4612 of Convey-
ances at Page 28.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the Seller
in and to the land under the waters of Fishers Island Sound and in
and to any land which may lie between the meander lines as set forth
in the above description and the actual high 'water mark.
