That the party of the second part will not sell or allow to be sold on the premises any alcoholic , spirituous or intoxicating liquors of any nature or kind whatsoever . SUBJECT FURTHER TO: 1. Zoning regulations and ordinances of the city, town or village in which the premises lie. 2 . Consents by the grantor or any former owner of premises for the erection of any structure or structures on, under or above any street or streets on which said premises may abut. 3 . Encroachments of stoops , areas , cellar steps , trim and cornices , if any, upon any street or highway. 4. Any state of facts an accurate survey or personal inspec- tion may disclose.
