WITNESSETH,that the parry of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

and State of New York, being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the Northwesterly line of Eauestrian
Avenue located 2267.65 feet North of a point which is 2432.00 feet West
of a monument marking the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey
Triangulation Station "PROS"; and
RUNNING THENCE North 14 degrees 01 minute 20 seconds West 124.63 feet
to an iron pipe;
THENCE South 00 degrees 05 minutes 35 seconds West 94. 86 feet;
THENCE South 49 degrees 21 minutes 20 seconds East 40.00 feet to the
monument at the point of BEGINNING.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the
first part by deed from Toad Hall Inc. dated 8/22/68 and recorded in
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 8/29/68 in Liber 6408 cp 437, and
by deed from Fishers Island Utility Company Inc. dated 11/18/66 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 11/21/66 in Liber
6072 cp 277.

roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances

HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
