BEGINNING at the Southeasterly corner of land owned by the United States, known
as the Fort H. G. Wright Military Reservation, Mount Prospect Tract, on the
shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic Ocean and running thence Northerly
following the East boundary of the said land of the United States to the Southerly
line of East End Road (sometimes called Oriental Avenue) and which point is the
Northeasterly corner of land of the United States; thence crossing the East End
Road and following the same course as the last to the shore of West Harbor or -
Fishers Island Sound; said lot or parcel of land being bounded and described as
follows:
PARCEL I:
BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the Southerly side of a road forty feet wide,
said monument being 354. 97 feet North of a point which is 473. 31 feet East of
another monument marking the U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation
Station "Chocomount 2" (which said 'tChocomount 2" monument is located on the
summit of the highest hill of Fishers Island, N. Y. about two and one-quarter
miles West of the Eastern end of Fishers Island and lies South 79 degrees 29
minutes and 46 seconds East of North Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound); and
RUNNING THENCE South 7 degrees 28 minutes and 30 seconds West 240. 80 feet to
an iron pipe;
7 THENCE South 13 degrees 04 minutes and 40 seconds West, 127,42 feet to a
' monument set on the Northerly side of another road 40 feet wide;
I THENCE along the Northerly side of said road, South 87 degrees 19 minutes and
1 r 20 seconds West, 143. 38 feet to a monument set on the Easterly side of another
1 , road 40 feet wide;
THENCE along the Easterly side of said road, North 12 degrees 16 minutes and 20
seconds West 100. 88 feet to a stake marking a point of curve,to the left whose
radius is 108. 65 feet .and the direction of whose radius at that point is South 77

THENCE Northwardly, still along the Easterly side of said road (and following the
arc of said curve), 78. 71 feet to a monument:
THENCE North 20 degrees 46 minutes and 15 seconds East, 220. 82 feet to an iron
pipe set on the Southerly side of the road first above mentioned;
THENCE Eastwardly along the Southerly side of said road (and following the arc of
a curve to the right whose radius is 256. 42 feet and the direction-of whose radius
at that point is South 19 degrees 31 minutes 10. seconds East), 111. 39 feet to a stake
marking a point of curve to the right whose radius is 513. 34 feet and the direction
of whose radius at that point is South 5 degrees 22 minutes and 10 seconds West; and
THENCE Eastwardly still along the Southerly side of said road (and following the
arc of said curve), 80. 09 feet-to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with an easement for ingress and egress from the said premises over
and along such private . roads- connecting the said -premises with the _public highway.
