of the identity of the proposed purchaser, the price and all the material terms of
such purchase. The party of the first part (or any one of them) shall have the right,
irrevocable for period of 30 days after the giving of the Offer Notice, to purchase
the property hereby conveyed at the price and upon, the terms set forth in the Offer
Notice, exercisable by notice to the party of the second party specifying a closing
date for such purchase. On such closing date, the-party of the second part shall
sell and ti-le party of the first part (or whichever of them shall have exercised the
right granted hereby) shall purchase, the property hereby conveyed at the price and
on the terms set forth in the Offer Notice. If the party of the first part shall
not so elect Lo -purchase the property hereby conveyed, provided that the sale is on
the same terms and conditions and for the same price set forth in the Offer Notice,
the party of the second part may sell the property hereby conveyed to the purchaser
specified in the Offer Notice and this right of first -refusal shall be extinguished
by such saie.

Mary R. Crimmins is joining in this deed to extinguish her life estate interest

southeasterly corner of land now or formerly of Edmund P.
Osborne; said monument being 295. 58 feet north and 3263. 02
