Together with a right of way over the existing roadway which
extends westerly from the westerly end of the above described
right of way for about 20 feet and thence extends northwesterly
for about 1700 feet to the easterly terminus of Oriental Avenue,
a town highway. `
Said premises are conveyed subject also to the zoning
regulations and ordinances of the town of Southold and a certain
easement for electricity and telephone service.
Together with a certain easement of way and use as appurtenant
to said premises as fully described in a certain grant from John P.
Pickett to Percival white dated June 4, 1964 and recorded on June 10,
1964 in Liber 5556 of conveyances, page 272 in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk.
Being a portion of same premises conveyed by a deed from the
United States of America to the party of the first part dated
March 6, 1950 and recorded on March 8, 1950 in Liber 3053 of
conveyances, page 94 in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk.
