THOMAS BRUCE KINSOLVING, residing at 8202 Townsend Street, Fair-
fax, Virginia and MARY BLAGDEN KINSOLVING, residing at 6001 Hunt
Ridge Road, Baltimore, Maryland, as tenants in common, party of

WHEREAS, in the indenture dated July 28, 1980 , between
the party of the first part and the party of the second part, re-
Q corded in the Land Records of Suffolk County in Liber 8884 at
page 211, the name of THOMAS BRUCE KINSOLVING was inadvertantly
set forth as THOMAS BLAGDEN KINSOLVING; and
pe WHEREAS, it is desirable to execute and record a Con-
� firmatory Indenture.
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consid-
eration of Ten Dollars ($10 . 00) , lawful money of the United States
` and other good and valuable consideration paid by the party of
` UM rXl the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of
\\/ \ the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party
of the second part forever, her undivided one-half interest in
all that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings
and improvements thereon erected, situate , lying and being in the
Township of Southold, County of Suffolk in the State of New York,
and described as follows, that is to say:
BEGINNING at a stone monument at the junction of the
Southeasterly line of Equestrian Avenue with the Southwesterly
line of Midlothian Avenue, said monument being located 2083. 70
feet Northerly and 2524. 00 feet Westerly from the U.S. Coast and
Geodetic Triangulation Station "PROS" and running South 56° 10 '
40" East one hundred, fifty-eight and 93/100 (158. 93) feet to a
stone monument; thence North 870 36 ' 00" East fifty-seven and
4/100 (57. 4) feet to another stone monument, the last two lines

• abutting Northeasterly and Northerly on Midlothian Avenue; thence
running South 25° 5' 20" West two hundred, fifty-three and 17/100
(253. 17) feet to another stone bound on the Northeasterly side of
Halycon Avenue; thence North 700 16' 20" West one hundred, forty-
seven and 00/100 (147. 00) feet to another stone bound abutting
Southwesterly on Halycon Avenue; thence North 8" 55 ' 10" West
one hundred, seventy-four and 68/100 (174. 68) feet abutting
Westerly on land now or formerly property of Mary McGoldrick;
thence running North 55° 9 ' 35" East ten and 41/100 (10. 41) feet
to another stone bound; thence North 40° 38' 40" East one hundred
fourteen and 96/100 (114. 96) feet to the point of beginning, the
last two lines abutting Northwesterly on Equestrian Avenue.
Said tract contains about 1. 17 acres.
BEING the same parcels conveyed to the party of the
first part by deed dated June 1, 1963 and recorded in the Land
Records of Suffolk County in Liber 5383 at page 598.
TOGETHER with the rights, alleys , ways, waters, privi-
leges , appurtenances and advantages thereto belonging, or in any-
wise appertaining.
The second thereof being a certain lot, piece, or par-
cel of land with a barn thereon, described as follows: Barn, and
land directly upon which the barn stands at the junction of
Heathulie and Halycon Avenues together with land directly in
front of said barn to a point at the junction of the above avenues
being the same land conveyed to Grace Seccomb Wallace as heir to
Edward A. Seccomb, her father, from the Fox estate. And in addi-
tion to the land above described in this paragraph, a strip at
both sides of said barn and twenty (20) feet in the rear running
in a line to the junction of Heathulie and Halycon Avenues , ex-
cepting therefrom a small strip measuring seventeen by eleven
feet, more or less, from a privet hedge and including the land
on which was laid the water connection and pipe running to and
supplying the house of Grace Seccomb Wallace in the year 1936.
This was situated at the upper southwest corner of land and did
not interfere with the entrance of the barn.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of
the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abut-
ting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto
the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns
of the party of the second part forever.
The ownership of said one-half undivided interest is as
follows :
