S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "PROS", which said station is S. 13 27' 54" E. of North Dumpling Light, the line extends S. 84 41' 45" E. along the southerly side of said Ettrick Street a distance of two hundred, ninety-one and 51/100 (291.51) feet to a mere stone set in an angle on the southerly side of Ettrick Street; thence, the line extends S. 5 18' 15" W. a distance of one hundred, twenty and 00/100 (120. 00) feet to a mere stone; thence, the line extends N. 74 33' 18" W. a distance of two hundred, fifty-one and 73/100 (251. 73) feet to a mere stone on the easterly line of Heathulie Avenue; thence, the line extends along said easterly line of Heathulie Avenue N. 24 42' 20" W. a distance of eighty-seven and 40/100 (87. 40) feet to the place of beginning.
