40 feet wide, said monument being 3 ,315. 19 feet East of a point
which is 345. 68 feet North of another monument marking the United
States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "Chocomount
2" (which said "Chocomount 2" monument is located on the summit
of the highest hill on Fishers Island, New York, about 24 miles
West of the eastern end of Fishers Island and lies South 79 degrees
29 minutes 46 seconds East of North Dumpling Light in Fishers Island
Sound) ; and
RUNNING THENCE along the Easterly side of said road, North 32 degrees
12 minutes 10 seconds West 168. 34 feet to a stake marking a point
of curve to the right whose radius is 22. 67 feet and the direction
of whose radius at that point is North 57 degrees 47 minutes 50
seconds East;
THENCE Northwardly still along the Easterly side of said road (and
following the arc of said curve) 39. 72 feet to a stake set at its
intersection with the Southerly side of another road 40 feet wide;
THENCE Eastwardly along the Southerly side of,said road (and
following the arc of a curve to the right whose radius is 259. 38
feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is South 21

TOGETHER with all rights or easements of the grantor appurtenant
to the above described premises to use the private roads
extending from the above described premises to the nearest

BEING AND INTENED TO BE the same premises conveyed to
the grantor herein by deed from The Principia Corporation,
a Missouri Corporation, dated February 28, 1978, recorded
in Suffolk County Clerk' s Office March 10, 1978 in Liber
8399 at page 359.
