• PARCEL TWO:All those certain lots, pieces or parcels of land situate,
lying and being on Fishers Island, Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk, and State of New York, known and designated as
Lots E and F on a certain map entitled "Map of Property on
Fishers Island, New York, formerly owned by Martha E. Hoffert,
now belonging to the Southold Savings Bank" , July 1914 and
filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of-.Suffold on
January 2, 1915 as Map #242.

A t at certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the
buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying
and being at Fishers Island, in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, being bounded acrd described
as follows :
Beginning at a brass plate on the Westerly side of the
roadway extending Northerly from Whistler Avenue, said point
being on the dividing line between the herein conveyed tract
and land of the United States Coast .Guard known as the
family quarters tract and thence running along the Westerly
line of said roadway North 370 06' West 82. 20 feet; thence
along said road line North 16° 14 ' West 80. 11 feet; thence

Northeasterly along said road line to land of the United

thence Northwesterly in a straight line to the shore of

pier that may be constructed for pleasure craft for commercial
purposes; provided, however, that the provisions of this
paragraph shall not prohibit the installation and use of
such piling and decking as may be necessary to carry normal
piping required for the transfer of oili gasoline and petroleum
products from tankers moored in Silver Eel Cove to storage
tanks located on the premises hereby conveyed.
The foregoing covenants and agreements shall run with the
land, shall bind the heirs and assigns of the party of the
second part, and shall inure to the benefit of the successors
and assigns of the party of the first-part.

All that certain plot or parcel of land, with the buildings,
if any, erected thereon, situated, lying and being on Fishers
Island, Town of Southold '.County of Suffolk and State of New
York, being known and designated as parts of Lots 4 and 5 in
Block 7 on a certain map entitled "Map of Lots on Fishers
Island, embracing the Highland Range between the Great
Harbor and Atlantic Shore" , which map was filed in the
Suffolk County Clerk' s office on September 23, 1878 as Map
No. 339, which said part of said lots is more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
COMMENCING at a pipe boundary marker on the line of the
Delsie E. Brooks property, the .line runs North 71 degrees 45
minutes East (Magnetic-1938)' one hundred, ;twenty-eight and
two-tenths (128. 2) feet to a drill hole on top of a sea wall
on the shore of Great Harbor;: thence;' 'the -line deflects to
the left and runs along.said sea :mail in a; northwesterly
direction a distance of twenty-onefand seven-tenths (21. 7)
feet to an angle in 'said sea wall thence--the line deflects
to the right and runs in a northeasterly direction and along
said sea wall a distance of :sixteen US) feet to another-
angle; thence, the line deflects to the left and runs in 'a
northwesterly direction, still along said sea wall, a distance
of forty-five and seven-tenths (45.7)',feet to the westerly
side of and abutting on, a retaining wall on the southeasterly
side of property of Delma E. '.Best; thence, the line runs
along said retain-ing wall and- a fence adjoining same on the
southeasterly side of said property of Delma E. Best a

thence, the line deflects to the left and runs along a fence
which is on the easterly boundary line of said above-mentioned
Delsie E. Brooks property a distance of forty-two (42) feet
to the pipe boundary which ' is -the point of beginning.
Being and intended to be the parcels designated as 1 and 2
on a certain survey made by Chandler & Palmer, Engineers,
Norwich, Connecticut dated November 1947, a photostatic
reduction of which survey is attached hereto and made a part

Beginning at a point on the easterly side of a private road
distant 45. 70 feet northerly as measured along the easterly
side of said private road from the corner formed by the
intersection of the easterly side of said private road and
the northerly side of "The Gloaming" ; running thence northerly
along the easterly line of said private road 68 feet more or
less to the southerly 'lne of lands now or formerly of
Constance Roderick; thence along lands last above-mentioned
north 71 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds east 71. 90 feet to
other lands now or formerly of A. John Gada; thence along
lands last mentioned in a southeasterly direction 52. 40

the shore of Great _Harbor; thence in a Northeasterly, Northerly
and Northwesterly direction along the shore of said Harbor
about 220 feet; thence South 71"45 ' West- 56. 3 feet, abutting
Northwesterly on other land of this party .of the second
part; thence Southeasterly 52. 4 feet; thence deflecting 510
48' to the right and running Southwesterly 32. 55 feet;
