That certain tract or parcel of land with the
buildingsstanding thereon located at Fishers Island, Town
of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, being
bounded and described as follows :
Beginning at a monument at the northwesterly end of Fox
Lane, -said monument being located 151. 20 feet South of a
point which is 6909. 83 feet West of another monument marking
the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation
Station "PROS" and thence running North 10° 14 ' West 84 . 28
feet; thence North 62D 08 ' West 210. 67 feet to the shore of
Fishers Island Sound; thence following the meanders of said
shore line North 21" 47 ' East 10. 05 feet, North 460 01' East
207. 3 feet; North 59' 42 ' East 206. 2 feet; North 69G 07 '

pipe and land now or formerly of U. S. Coast Guard, Fishers
