laws of the State of New York, with its principal place of
business c/o Morgan Stanley & Co. , 1251 Avenue of the Americas ,l'eG,if;
in the City, County and State of New York, hereinafter
called the grantor, party of the first part, and BARD E.

inafter called the grantee, party of the second part:
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in
consideration .of Forty-Six Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Dollars

party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto
the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever,
