on the shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic Ocean and running thence
Northerly following the East boundary of the said land of the United States I
to the Southerly line of East End Road (sometimes called Oriental Avenue)
and which point is the Northeasterly corner of land of the United States; thence
crossing the East End Road and following the same course as the last to the
shore of West Harbor, or Fishers Island Sound;

BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the East side of a road forty feet I
wide, :said monument being 18. 93 feet West of a point which is 5456. 79 feet
North of another monument marking the U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey j

ment is located ori the summit of the highest hill on Fishers Island, New York
about two and one quarter miles west of the eastern end of Fishers Island
and lies South 79 degrees 29 minutes 46 seconds East of North Dumpling Light
,,in Fishers Island Sound; thence South 69 degrees 38 minutes 30 seconds West
90. 90. feet to a stake; thence Soutli-38 degrees 14 minutes 40 seconds West
110. 84 feet to a stake; thence South 18 degrees 42 minutes 50 seconds West

Being the same premises conveyed by ROCKRIDGE FARMS, INC. , to the
i grantor by Deed dated January 12, 1968 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on February 5, 1968 in Book 6299 of Deeds at Pages 252 to 255.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part
in and to the land under the waters of Fishers Island Sound and in and to any
land which may lie between the meander lines as set forth in the above
description and the actual high water mark. ..
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part
in and to all the fixtures and articles of personal property attached to or
used in connection with said premises.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the
first part of, in and to any streets and road abutting the above-described
premises to the center lines thereof.
SUBJECT, however, to all the covenants and agreements contained in a
certain Deed dated June 1 -, 1927 between Fishers Island Corporation and
Frances H. French recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
I� June 15, 1927, and a certain other deed dated August 6, 1930 between
Fishers Island Corporation and Frances H. French recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on December 16, 1930 insofar as they may still
affect the said premises.
