BE GINNING at an iron pipe on the Westerly line of land of Thomas W. Cashel,
said point being located 245. 14 feet North of a point which is 6996. 92 feet West
of a monument marking the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangula-
tion Station "CHOCOMOUNT 2" and thence running South 69 degrees 38 minutes
30 seconds West 90. 90 feet; thence South 38 degrees 14 minutes 40 seconds Weet
110. 84 feet; thence South 18 degrees 42 minutes 50 seconds West 47. 12 feet to

Clerks- Office on May 26, 1981 in Book 9007 of Deeds at Pages 309 to 316.
SUBJECT to covenants, restrictions, easements, rights, grants and declarations
contained in the aforesaid Deed from -Fishers Island Development Corporation
to the grantor; and others of record, if any.
SUBJECT to all applicable laws and regulations of Federal, State and local
government authorities.
