SCHEDULE A
PARCEL 1:
All that lot or parcel of land in the Town of
Southold , Suffolk County, State of New York , being a part
of that portion of Fishers Island belonging to the grantor
(which portion is hereinafter called the "Park" ) , lying
easterly of the following line, viz :
BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of land
owned by the United States , known as the Fort H.G. Wright
Military Reservation , Mount Prospect Tract , on the shore
of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic Ocean (as said tract
was constituted prior to the extension thereof by the
acquisition of additional lands in condemnation proceedings
instituted in 1942) and running thence northerly following
the east boundary of the said tract of land of the United
States (as same was constituted prior to such extension
thereof) to the southerly line of East End Road (sometimes
called Oriental Avenue) and which point is the northeasterly
corner of said tract of land of the United States (as same
was constituted prior to such extension thereof) ; thence
crossing the East End Road and following the same course
as the last to the shore of West Harbor or Fishers Island
Sound; said lot or parcel of land being bounded and de-
scribed as follows:
BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the north-
easterly side of a road forty feet wide , said monument being
four thousand seven hundred and nine and two hundredths feet
north of a point which is two thousand four hundred and
thirty-six and ninety-one hundredths feet east of another
monument marking the U.S. Coast 6 Geodetic Survey Triangula-
tion Station "NIN" (which said "NIN" monument is located near
the western end of a ridge overlooking the south shore of
Fishers Island and on the highest point between Chocomount and
Mount Prospect and lies south forty-five degrees seventeen
minutes twenty-six seconds east of North Dumpling Light in
Fishers Island Sound) and running thence northwesterly along
the northeasterly side of said road (and following the arc of
a curve to the right whose radius is six hundred forty-three
and six hundredths feet and the direction of whose radius at
that point is ndrth sixty-eight degrees thirty-eight minutes
twelve seconds) sixty and two hundredths feet to a stake ;
thence still along the northeasterly side of said road north
twenty-six degrees forty-two minutes forty seconds west
twenty-one and nine hundredths feet to a stake marking a
point of curve to the left whose radius is three thousand four
hundred seventeen and twenty-nine hundredths feet and the
direction of whose radius at that point is south sixty-three
degrees seventeen minutes twenty seconds west; thence norther-
ly still along the northeasterly side of said road and
following the arc of said curve two hundred thirty-nine and
seventy-two hundredths feet to a stake thence north seventy-
two degrees four minutes thirty seconds east three hundred
twelve and fifty hundredths feet to the shore of Fishers
Island Sound; thence with the meanders of said Sound south
sixty-nine degrees fifty-seven minutes twenty seconds east
fifty-three and ten hundredths feet , north thirty-eight
degrees fifty-seven minutes twenty seconds east sixty and
forty-four hundredths feet, south thirty-four degrees thirty-

five minutes thirty seconds east thirty-five and twenty-three
hundredths feet and south four degrees no minutes ten seconds
east forty-seven and forty-two hundredths feet to a stake;
thence south thirty-seven degrees thirty-eight .minutes forty
seconds west four hundred sixteen and sixty-three hundredths
feet to the place of beginning .
PARCEL 2•
ALL that lot or parcel of land , in the Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, State of New York, being a part of
that portion of Fishers Island formerly belonging to Fishers
Island Corporation (which portion now is or formerly was
called the "Park" ) lying Easterly of the following line,
viz:
, BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of land
owned by the United States , known as the Fort H.G. Wright
Military Reservation, Mount Prospect Tract, on the shore of
Block Island Sound or the Atlantic Ocean and running thence
northerly following the East boundary of the said land of
the United States to the southerly line of East End Road
(sometimes called Oriental Avenue) and which point is the
northeasterly corner of land of the United States, thence
crossing the East End Road and following the same course as
the last to the shore of West Harbor or Fishers Island
Sound;
Said lot or parcel of land being bounded and
described as follows: '
BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the North
easterly side of a road 40 feet wide, said monument being
5186.35' feet north of a point which is 2157.03 feet east of
another monument marking the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey
Triangulation Station "Nin" (which said "Nin" monument is
located near the western end of a ridge overlooking the
South shore of Fishers Island and on the highest point
between Chocomount and Mount Prospect and lies South 45
degrees 17 minutes 26 seconds East of North Dumpling Light
in Fishers Island Sound ) ; and running thence North 66
degrees 40 minutes 10 seconds East 318 . 49 feet to the
shore of Fishers Island Sound; thence with the meanders of
said Sound, South 13 degrees 37 minutes 50 seconds East 168
feet and South 55 degrees 25 minutes 30 seconds East 110.67
feet to a stake; thence South 72 degrees 4 minutes 30
seconds West 312. 50 feet to a stake set on the Northeasterly
side of said road; thence northwestwardly, along the North
easterly side of said road (and following the arc of a curve
to the left whose radius is 3417. 29 feet and the direction
of whose radius at that point is South 59 degrees 16 minutes
10 seconds West) 233 . 04 feet to the place of beginning.
