Easterly of the following line, viz: BEGINNING at the southeaster#
corner of land owned by the United States, known as the Fort H.G,
Wright Military Reservation, Mount Prospect Tract, on the shore of
Block Island Sound or the Atlantic Ocean and running thence northerly
following the East boundary of the said land of the United States to
the southerly line of East End Road (sometimes called Oriental Avenue)
and which point is the northeasterly corner of land of the United
States, thence crossing the East End Road and following the same
course as the last to the shore of West Harbor or Fishers Island
Sound; Said lot or parcel of land being bounded and described as
follows: BEGINNING at a stone monument situated on the suuthareeterly
aide of a road forty (40) feet wide, which said monument lies five-
thousand and seventy-one and thirty-six hundredths (5071.36) feet
north 2185.63 feet East of another monument marking the United States
Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station 1115I14" (which said
t'NIN" monument is situated near the eastern end of a high ridge tver-
lookin* the south shore of Fishers Inland, New York and on the high-
est point between t'Chocomounttt and IrMount Prospect" and lies South
45 degrees 17 minutes 26 seconds East from North Dumpling Light in
Fishers Island Sound); and running thence South 58 degrees 21 minutes
West 254.47 feet to a stake; thence North 31 degrees 27 minutes West
179 feet to another stake; thence North 52 degrees 33 minutes East
245 feet to a stake situated ori the southeetaterly side of said road;
and thence southeastwardly, along the eouthwasterly side of said
road (following the arc of a curve to the right whose radius
is 3377.29 feet and the direction of whose radius, at that point,
is South 53 degrees 46 minutes 56 seconds West) 204.01 feet to the
place of BEGINNING.
