That the Grantor, in consideration of Ten and
00/100 dollars, lawful money of the United States, paid by
the Grantee, does hereby grant and release unto the Grantee,
the heirs or successors and assigns of the Grantee forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land,
with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, if any,
situate, lying and being at Fishers Island, Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, State of New York, more particularly described
as follows (hereinafter called the Premises):
Beginning at a drill hold in the walk located
Northerly of Whistler Avenue, said point being 184.37
feet North of a point which is 4630.84 feet West of a
monument marking the United States Coast and Geodetic
Survey Triangulation Station "PROS" and thence running
North 220 47' West 260.19 feet to a point; thence South
620 21' West 100.43 feet to a point; thence South 220
47' East 251.88 feet to a drill hole in the walk; thence
North 670 13' East 100.0 feet to the point of beginning.
