minutes 40 seconds East 147.00 feet to a point of curve to the right whose radius
is 181.05 feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is South 28 degrees
32 minutes 20 seconds East;
THENCE Eastwardly still along the Southerly side of said road (and following the
arc of said curve) 196.45 feet;
THENCE still along the Southerly side of said road South 56 degrees 22 minutes
10 seconds East 150.96 feet to a point of curve to the left whose radius is 676. 14
