BEGINNING at a monument at the Southwesterly corner of the hereinafter described
premises, which premises are 3540.39 feet Southof a point which is 2413.08 feet
West of another monum ent marking the U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey
Triangulation Station "NIN", and running thence North 31 degrees 18 minutes West
14.16 feet to a monument;
RUNNING THENCE North 59 degrees 03 minutes 40 seconds East 189.88 feet to a
monument;
RUNNING THENCE South 86 degrees 12 minutes 20 seconds East 71.25 feet to a
monument at the Northeasterly corner of other lands of the grantee;
RUNNING THENCE Southwestwardly, along an are of a curve to the right with a
radius of 710.71 feet a distance of 250.85 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING,
containing*0.15 acres, more or less.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a correction deed, correcting the description of
the above premises set forth in a deed from John P. Pickett to Dana J. Braman,
dated August 24, 1964, and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 5604
of Deeds at Page 147 on the 28th day of August, 1964, and in deed from Dana J.
Braman to Robert Waddington, Jr., and Ursula Waddington, his wife, dated July 14,
1965, and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 5786 of Deeds at Page
391 ou July 23, 1965,
