filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on the 23rd day of
September, 1878 and numbered 339 in said office, these lots being the
same lots as conveyed to Christian Hansen by Fay and Bessie Fox by
deeds dated September 10, 1887 and July 19, 1889 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 320 of Deeds, Page 379 on the
22nd of June, 1889 and in Liber 321 of Deeds, Page 159 on the 20th
day of July 1889 respectively, said premises being located on (no
number) Oriental Avenue at Fishers Island, New York.
